Robin Corrozi is Middle School Mathematics Coach in the Cape Henlopen School District.  Prior to moving to this position, Robin was a mathematics teacher at Cape Henlopen High School and the District STEAM Coordinator. In 2015, she was awarded the Presidential Award for Excellence in Mathematics and Science Teaching. Robin plays an active role in her district as well as at the state level, providing mathematics leadership and professional development to support teachers’ content knowledge and pedagogical growth.

Robin was instrumental in launching the First Annual DMC Math Leadership Symposium in December 2017 and has presented on multiple occasions at the National Council of Supervisors of Mathematics (NCSM) Conference. Robin has also been a presenter at the international level, traveling with other Delaware colleagues to Thailand to facilitate a large-scale curriculum-based professional learning effort designed to promote problem based pedagogies in high school teachers’ classrooms. The effort was funded by Chevron, Kenan Asia, and Activate Learning. Robin’s research interests include promoting equity in mathematics by addressing issues of status and agency in the classroom. As part of her current leadership support of the DMC, she serves as a facilitator for the organization’s summer Math Camp.
