Sally Todorow is a retired teacher and coach from the Brandywine School District. During her twenty years as an educator, she served as an elementary instructional coach, professional development leader, curriculum writer, and adjunct professor at Wilmington University. Sally is passionate about teaching and served as a grade-level facilitator for the Elementary Math Teacher Leadership program in the Delaware Mathematics Coalition’s TRU-Math Project.

After retiring from the Brandywine School District in June of 2019, Sally joined the Delaware Mathematics Coalition’s Professional Teaching and Learning team.  She currently serves as a facilitator and connector for the organization’s Transforming & Understanding Professional Learning (TUPL) Project. Project partners include researchers from the University of Delaware’s School of Education. Throughout her career, Sally has collaborated with many mathematics teachers across the state. She has presented sessions and led workshops sponsored by Delaware Council of Teachers of Mathematics (DCTM), the Delaware Mathematics Coalition, and the Singapore project. The latter was funded through the generous support of the Delaware Foundation for Science and Mathematics Education. Outside of school, Sally’s leadership work includes serving as a member of the DCTM Board.
