Engineering explained – from mobile phones to the Burj Khalifa (the world’s tallest building), computer games and toothpaste to the Sydney Harbour Bridge and aeroplanes. The video is intended to attract high school students to the engineering profession, but should entertain anyone interested in engineering. It highlights the importance of maths and science and touches on chemical engineering, civil engineering, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, mechatronics engineering, mining engineering, and software engineering.
